Turn scattered customer feedback into product decisions
Introduction
I was consulting for a large established company where growth had stalled. One thing stood out: customer feedback was barely being used. Support mostly closed tickets by script, the product backlog was driven by internal ideas, and there was simply no one whose job it was to go through everything customers were saying.
The feedback was spread across app stores, review sites, support conversations, and emails. Each source showed a different part of the picture, but there was no good way to bring it all together. Existing tools could do some of this, but the company couldn't use them, so I built an internal solution instead.
At some point, it became clear that this wasn't just a problem for one company. The same setup could work as a product for other teams too.
